you can fill in your credit card details and then click Review Order

Can I pay by credit card if I am not a PayPal member? YES!!!
For your own security and convenience, we only accept credit card
payment through PayPal. However, you do not have to be a PayPal member
before you order, as our checkout process makes paying through PayPal
easy and convenient. Simply follow the instructions below:

6. Follow the instructions given by PayPal.
