The Born Santa Maria A apartment has an excellent location, close to fine food, major sights (las Ramblas), and is quiet because it is in a back alley away from traffic. The Born is an interesting area for strolling and sightseeing. The apartment is clean, modern and has lots of room, very comfortable for 3 or 4 people. Carles and Alex made sure we were well oriented upon arrival, and the availability of a phone for calls to land lines was convenient. Wireless internet and TV worked well. We had a relaxing visit for 5 nights, and would stay there again.

- fantastic, very comfortable and convenient for the convention we were attending as well as the sights. Alex at go2barcelona has been amazing considering we were stranded here due to the volcano and has been kind and helpful to us. i would and will highly recommend this apartment and Go2barcelona.

Das Beste am Appartement war die tolle Lage..Man konnte alles super zu Fuß erreichen! Toll!! Das Appartement war außerdem nett eingerichtet und hatte eine gute Größe für zwei Personen.Das war einfach super. Es war super dass man die Gelegenheit hatte zu kochen und dass es einen Kühlschrank hatte. Ganz gut war auch, dass es einen Ventilator gab. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut!!

Die Lage mitten im Barri Gotic ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Streifzüge durch die Stadt, auch die An- und Abreise ist unkompliziert. Das Appartment ist praktisch möbliert und auch farblich sehr angenehm gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Das Appartment war sehr luxeriös und konfortabel eingerichtet. In einer Gruppe war es dort sehr angenehm, zu wohnen. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Man war sofort am Hafen und sehr schnell an den Ramblas. Die Wohnung ist einfach mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet worden. So etwas ist nur ganz selten zu finden - einfach klasse - !!!! Vielen vielen Dank......

Das Quartier ist sehr schön und interessant, bietet viele Restaurants und Läden.Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und charmant eingerichtet. Einzig das Doppelbett ist für ein Ehepaar einfach zu schmal.

Gehobenes Ambiente, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Zentral gelegen in Laufnähe zu den wichtigsten Highlights mit sehr guter Infrastruktur bzgl. Einkaufen / Selbstversorgung etc.

Alex was there to welcome us - perfect! We just got the keys and felt like home. The appt. was perfect for people like us. We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Barcelona, and for sure - we will return! Nothing negative! only missing small plates :) Never been to an appt as well aquipped as this :)

- Great Location! - Internet access. - Clean apt, Alex was readily available for any help. - Barcelona Tours per se, not a good value - you may tell your guests that to do it on your own, or obtain private transporation is better. If anyone needs a local guide or private tour (e.g. fro Montserrat) please have them call Charles and Tracey. They are from U.S. and speak perfect English and Spanish/ Catalan, so they are good for U.S. as well as European travelers.

The location, the friendly owner, the service (extra glasses and fixed a door) the atmosphere, the light and airy rooms, good value for money and a home to return to and relax in a great town!

Location - excellent. Help checking in and out - good friendly advice & reliable number to call for assistance with apartment, any cleaning requests, transfers etc. Enough keys for all (often a problem in hotels). Three bona fide separate bedrooms. Easy access, wi-fi worked easily (no email out issues). Would stay here again and have recommended to friends.

The check in was excellent. Alex met us within a few minutes of our arrival from the airport and had us settled quickly as well as providing some very helpful information about the neighborhood (restaurants, shopping etc). The apartment was pretty much exactly as described and was spotlessly clean and neat. We were provided with some extra towels and wine glasses on request. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be somewhere in the older section of Barcelona. It tended to be noisy at night especially with the windows open but we got used to this after a few days. Great location for restaurants and nightlife and pretty much anywhere in the city by metro. We found it easy to walk to many of the attractions and to the beach. We were vert pleased with the appartment and would certainly recommend this location to other groups of up to 8 people. The wireless internet is nice as some of us had to check in with work issues on occasion as well as staying in touch with friends and family.

Aside from one or two rooms, every room had new air-conditioning machines, the location is ery handy (close to the Metro) and I love the vintage feel of the building. Carles (and Alex), I'd like to thank you both for a beautiful stay. Your apartment was almost perfect and I can't wait to recommend you to all of my friends. If I return to Barcelona, I'd like to stay in your apartment again. I hope you have a one bedroom apartment so that I can bring my girlfriend to see it!! Take care

The apartment was absolutely adorable!! I was extremely impressed with how accurate the description was on the site. It was better and roomier than I expected. Alex met with us for an early check in and he was so helpful and accomodating. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He even went through a map to show us the best areas to visit, and gave us some translation tips. He was fabulous. I would definitely rent with Carles again.

The apartmet is in a fantastic location. Excellent check in person very friendly ,showed us the flat in a lovely manner but also wanted us to really enjoy Barcelona and wrote down some places to visit that were great. Very spacious as we were a group of five and the lounge actually seated this amount of people so we could sit and enjoy each others company. Very easy to walk to lots of sightseeing attractions.

The location of this apartmet is fantastic!! El Born has the best shops, restaurants and botiques right outside your door. There's a fantastic wine and tapas to be had in the Placa Santa Maria del Mar. The metro and major attractions (La Rambla, Barri Gotic, Barcelonetta and the Beach) are all very easy walking distance. The apartment is secure, and well appointed. All of the staff members are extremely helpful, courteous and accomodating. We highly recommend this apartment!

The moment we walked in, we knew that we had made the right decision. Alex, who checked us in, was so friendly and helpful (especially after we were late by well over an hour) Tell him thanks. The apartment was clean, perfectly located for us, and had anything we could have needed. (hairdryer, iron and board, coffepot, electric kettle, wine bottle opener, etc) It was absolutely perfect.

Hi, we loved it - Carles the landlord was really nice and gave good advice. The flat was amazingly quiet for being in the centre of BCN, and very comfortable. Full marks for everything, including location - Born is the best!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and beautifully laid out. It had a very rustic feel. The location was perfect. Our contact Alex was extremely helpful and very nice to deal with.I have been to Barcelona 15 times and always rent an apartment in El Born. This was one of the nicest apartments that I have rented in Barcelona. 10 out of 10.

Great location. Excellent room sizes and fixtures. Apartment manager and greeter were very friendly and informative. More importantly they were local, should we have had a problem and gave mobile numbers for contact. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We liked the excellent location - pretty close to a lot of the places we wanted to visit and see We liked how friendly the landlord was We liked the living room a lot - it was comfortable, we had to use the washing machine - so that was very handy, the air conditioner in the living room was good, We liked one of the bedrooms - Pretty much all of the things we needed were available

We liked everything about our stay at this appartment, from the warm and helpful welcome from Charles to the cosy and well supplied facilities of the rooms . It was in an ideal situation being in a central position for visiting all the places we wanted to go but also just tucked away from any noise to disturb. I woul;d completely recommend this appartment to anyone I know and especially to friends staying together.

the apartment is situated in the very heart of the born area. it is so central for the best and most varied aspects of barcelonas' atmospheric gothic quarter and the fashionable eclectic born area. nothing is more than 10 minutes away. the square of the santa marie church is only 30 seconds away but the apartment is still in a tiny quiet back street. highly recommend this area/apartment to city lovers.

upon arriving in barcelona, this apartment (Born Legend) was flooded. The owner met us and offered as another apartment (3 bdrms, 1 bath) in the area, and reduced the rate slightly. He was very apologetic and handled the situation well
